山手線渋谷〜品川近辺、またはその駅に乗り入れている沿線で探してます。
家賃・光熱費込みで４〜５万が希望です。
タバコは会社で１〜２本吸う程度なので、部屋では一切吸いません。
狭くてもいいので一部屋貸して頂けると嬉しいです。
ただ、条件があり、デスクトップPCとそのPCラック、椅子を持ち込むのが可能でないといけないのです（仕事上どうしても）。
また、ネット環境（ADSLなどの常時接続だと嬉しいです。）が使えるか、無理な場合別個電話回線を引ける環境が希望です。
現在も友人と２人で住んでおり、過去に寮生活の経験もあるのでマナーはわきまえているつもりです。協調性あります。干渉しないほうです。マイペースな所もありますが楽しく生活できるかと思います。
当方音大出身で音楽もやってますので、音楽好きのかたは話が合うかもしれないですね。部屋で演奏したりということはありませんのでご安心下さい。
帰宅が２３時頃になることが時々あります。寝る時間が遅くなる時もありますが、騒がしくはしません。静かにすごします。（PCをしているだけです）
女性のルームメイトを希望しますが、複数でシェアされている場合はその限りではありません。
