I'm heading off to England for a few months (exact term is undecided yet, but at least a year, perhaps 2+ years) and I need someone to sublet my room in a 3-bedroom apartment. I wouldn't bother but this place is very nice and I paid the key money / agent fee so I would like to be able to come back to it when I am finished in England. I will provide at least 1 months notice of my return, which should give anyone who moves in enough time to find another place.
This place is great and I wouldn't be going to England now except for the age limit on English visas.

6-mat tatami, great condition, 1-mat wardrobe, big window onto balcony. Clean & furnished (see 'Conditions').

Nearest Stations:
Musashi-nakahara - Nambu line - 1 min walk (really!); Musashi-kosugi - Toyoko line - 15 min walk; Time to Shibuya, door-to-door = 25 minutes
Rental: \60,000 / month, including utilities and building maintenance fee, this may be negotiable
Apartment:
3-bedroom apartment, large living / kitchen area, fully furnished, just renovated (like new), balcony, washing machine, excellent bathroom.
Roommates:
2 roommates, 1 male New Zealand English teacher (25; some Japanese), 1 female Japanese office worker (25; excellent English), both cool and friendly, clean.
Locality:
Musashi-nakahara station (ie 1 min from the apartment) has an excellent shopping area with cheap and good quality grocery stores, butcher, fruit & veg shop, \100 shop, McDonalds, various izakayas, and most anything you need for daily life.
Conditions:
You need to be clean, neat and considerate (ie they are cool but take into account their working hours when listening to music, etc.) as my flatmates are very nice people and I don't want to inconvenience them. In addition, I will need to leave some stuff behind, which will probably take up some room in the wardrobe, however I will keep that to a minimum. In the room there is a single bed, a small shelf, a stereo and a low Japanese-style table. I will definitely be leaving everything except perhaps the stereo.
