You will share a large appartment 10 minutes walk from Ikebukuro with two japanese roommates. One is a japanese female worker and the other one is a male japanese teacher. They are 27 and 29, very friendly. I am leaving because I a going home (France). I had a great time there, it is very conveniently located. 部屋の借主が海外旅行の為、７月と８月の２ヶ月間のみ部屋が空きます。
間取りは和６＋Ｋ4.5＋ゆったりした収納付き。建物自体は古いアパートです。

今までに何度か書き込んでいるものですが、すぐ入りたいという方が今までに何人かいて、メールをちゃんと返してくれる人もいましたが、忙しいのもあって、僕自身メールをまともに返せない状態になり、中々一人が決まりません。僕は池袋から6分のとこに家を一軒借りてます。家は駅からは近いんですけど、すごく古い家で掃除や、手直しも必要だし、風呂もトイレも一つだし、狭いです。。今１階で僕がすみ、2階で（6畳+3畳）フランス人のフランス語と英語の40歳くらいの女性の先生が3畳の部屋で住んでいます。今のところの応募はなんどかしていたのですが、中々後一人が決まりません。今フランスの英語とフランス語の４０歳ぐらいの先生（女性）が一人住んでいます。ゆっくり探そうとも思っていたのですが、僕が仕事で忙しく普段からあまり家にいない事が多いのでちょっと心配で早めにこれないかと思いもう一度書き込んでいます。この方と2階で一緒に暮らせる方です。部屋は6畳の部屋があいてますが、私の部屋だと決め付けずに、この部屋にテレビや服など一緒において（テレビナイデス。）仲良く、きずかいながら暮らせる自信がある方です。出きれば女性が好いです。それと僕がいつもすごく忙しいので、一日にちょっとでも時間の余裕がある方が好いです。

家について説明します。チナミニ家は古い、築30年ぐらい、（部屋は二階の6＋３畳の部屋）トイレも風呂も男女別ではなく、一つだしせまいです。それでも大丈夫なかたです。家賃は4.9万ぐらいで光熱費は折半です。 もしおこしになるならば，布団が必要デス。今のところ、僕が個人的に必要なものを買いましたが、洗濯機や色々足りないものが多いです。無職でも好いです。家賃さえ払えて出きれば必要なものを折半で買うのに納得してくれる方ならば、、、、 後一応家の風呂が狭いんですが、1分ぐらい歩いたら銭湯と商店街（？）があります。
