English and French speaking Japanese male seeks a female roommate for an old and small wooden House at Koganei.
I live in the north part of Tokyo. The name of this area is Musashikoganei. There is the central line of Tokyo(JR Chuou line) near my place. It takes 35 minutes to go to Shinjuku include walking to the Kokubunnji-station. My house is made by wood and located directly on the ground. There's a small garden with full of green. There're two rooms. One is 6 tatami size(180 cm×90 cm×6) and the other is 4.5 tatami size(180 cm×90 cm×4.5). Both of rooms are independent. There's kitchen(4 tatami size). There are a toilet and a bathroom(both of them are independent). I have almost every kind of equipments which we need in our ordinary life. I don't take any caution for a room. Monthly cost is 45.000 JPY which includes utility(electricity, water, gas). A small room can be for you. Very quiet place! You may feel my house is very small. However it's enough for two persons with the knowledge of life. It's possible to keep each own private life perfectly. I have several times of experiences about flat sharing(almost with woman). There are no problem by this time. In fact Germany woman(5 years ago) and French woman(3 years ago) had stayed here.
I'm 49 years old Japanese male, a composer for contemporary dance. Since 1982 I've worked with French contemporary dance company. Since 1984 I have visited so many times France in order to work. I had lived in France about 5 years totally by this time(with an artist working permission) . I speak English fluently and somehow I can speak French. Listening French is more difficult than speaking French for me and I also speak Japanese, of course! I really would like to spend the time of my life in France. Because of some reasons I can't do it now. Without living in France it's very hard to eat with composing music. But in order to realize my planning I'm preparing many things step by step. I love simple and quiet life with taking care around me and myself. I smoke, but I can do it with paying attention to nonsmoker. I don't take any drugs. I have a male cat (8 years old and he was in France two times. Maybe he can speak simple French but cat-style!)
