This room faces North. Less sunlight when comparing Room 1 and 2, however the big windows evenly light up the room throughout the day. View is unobstructed by other buildings due to low building regulations of the neighbour.

This room is the next to the #4 room.

NB: In the back of the cupboard, there are sometimes odor which might be from the other side of the wall, bathroom. The real cause is unknown and no immediate fix is planned. That is why this room was discounted and the least expensive among the all four rooms.
