Kohinata Flatshare - news and updates

As the owner/landlord, I have gradually been making improvements / renovations to the flat’s common area. However the rooms are based on what the current flatmate desires, or in some cases, does not desire and want deposed.

Here is a list of some updates:

2024-02-14	Gas Stove is replaced new
2021-09	a broken Gas Water Heater in kitchen is replaced new
2021-09	a worn Stainless shelves in kitchen is replaced new
2020-04	Room 2 ceiling light is replaced with LED
2022	bluetooth door lock does not work because of service termination
2019-07	a brokwn Microwave is replaced with a new Microwave + Oven
2019-07-11	Room 2 air-conditioner is replaced new
2019-07-02	Power distribution board and air-conditioners dedicated circuits are renewed
2018-09	dumped 6 tatami-s damaged by a ex-flatmate’s cat, the room1 is now with tile-carpets
2017-06-08	Microwave is added
2017-04-22	High-speed light internet is installed.
2017-03-02	Two new air-conditioners installed in South-east room and shared kitchen.
2017-02	got three IKEA single beds. (almost new. The seller said these were used for Hollywood movie shoot in Tokyo)
2017-02	Shower toilet is replaced with the new one.
2017-02	Washing machine is installed.
2017-01	Kitchen fan is replaced new.
2017-01	Entrance lock now bluetooth-capable. Your smartphone will lock/unlock it. It is safer as we can erase the old keys of past flatmates.
