flat & equipment

The flat places on the 4th and the top floor. Only one thing I would like to (and have to) warn you is that there is no lift in this building. You should be energetic to reach home (grin).
About 20 families are living. Modern building in residents area. Having pets is not allowed. The building is 27 years old.

Total size of the flat is 61 square meters.

There are four private rooms. (jou is size of a tatami mat, on one-jou one person can lie down roughly.)

All rooms have an air conditioner. asked if you need Futon set, we might have a spare set for guest (not always available though).
We will share

rent

As I do not like silly "thanks money" system, there are no thanks money/key money to move in. To save labor, I want to receive the rent and utilities at bank account via wire transaction. With same amount every month. You pay the same amount for bills, which is roughly estimated, then I report the real expence charge every month. plus or minus will be adjusted at the end, or when the error exceeds limit.

Current rents on the table are valid for person who moves until 2011.
no thanks money, 1 month refundable deposit (this is basically for utility bills after you leave the flat, in case you broke facilities, leaving local tax and cellphone bills unpaid or the case you just dissapear without one-month beforehand leave notice)

* "1DK" means "one bedroom and separated dining-kitchen". So-called "one-room" in Japan has kitchen in the same (and only ) room.
** rent and term of weekly-mansion are weekly based originally.
*** Contract term of commercial acoomodation are usually 2 years. Weekly-mansion is weekly or dayly based. Our flatshare has one-month noticing system.

Rules of the flat

All other rules are re-discussed within all flatmates

All flatmates are supposed to help for looking new flatmate when one leaves. Those helps are, for instance, dealing with inquiry phones and showing the room to a potential flatmate.

other notice

I have a web-site which introduce "flatshare as lifestyle" in Japanese. At there, I record things which I met in flatsharing. It is asserted a fictional story, I make imaginal flatshare and flatmates to avoid trouble.

At the same time, as a result of my web-site activity, I have been asked interviews by magazines, newspapers and TVs. I myself do not like to reveal my real name and face so many of them were refused. If you are a person who has something to advertise, wants to appear on them, there are chances.
